In-Person Testing 

For those who would prefer an in-office appointment, pick a time and day that work for you; decide which services you are looking for;  and call the number below. Please make sure to fill out the online intake form or print and bring the form with you. I would love to offer you support and figure out the steps to lead you in the right direction. 

Distance Testing 

For those who have busy schedules or don't live in this area, it can be hard to set time aside for appointments. I have good news for you! You don't have to come in to get a scan done. You only have to go as far as your mail box. With this technology, I can test your DNA using saliva, hair, and nail samples. If you want to better your health but have a hard time making it out the door, please email me and I will send you the sample collecting kit and information you need to proceed.
